The hotel had a nice charm and style, which added to the overall experience. the breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable, with a pleasant view. the owner, Youssef, spoke good English and was helpful in organizing tours.
The check-in process was a disaster, with a taxi not being on time and causing confusion. the hotel had no sign and was difficult to find, especially late at night.
